Returns & Exchanges
Returned items because of change of mind will be given a refund for the full purchase price minus any delivery charges.
Items that are faulty are eligible for a refund or exchange and will be managed on a case by case basis.
- There is no exchange on sale items
- A refund or exchange is only processed once we have received the item in question
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item (unless faulty or damaged)
